Homepage Refresh Strategy | September - February

As part of my role at Roger Vivier, I led the strategic selection of products and execution of the brand's homepage refreshes from September to February. Each update was carefully curated by blending regional sales performance data, buying strategies, and marketing communication priorities across key markets, including Europe, the USA, China, Japan, and Korea .

By analyzing sales reports and aligning them with seasonal campaign priorities, I ensured that every homepage refresh featured the most optimized product selection , balancing commercial objectives with brand storytelling. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the marketing teams to highlight key narratives, reinforcing brand desirability while enhancing conversion rates through intuitive navigation and product redirections.
